Finally got around to baking again. Strawberry cupcakes (they have little strawberry pieces in it), with strawberry meringue buttercream icing.

Just a few trial cupcakes I’m making for a film event.

I used fondant for the first time, ever. It was fun, but really time consuming! Tricky at first, but I definitely got the hang of it after awhile. Here’s my Pokemon cupcakes! For no reason at all, and no one to eat them! The icing was creamcheese, but I made some with chocolate ganache icing as well. Oddish and Snorlax rock!

I made healthy-ISH mini carrot cupcakes. They didn’t turn out as well as I wanted them too, but they’re alright. Mmm carrots.. They’re so delicious, in any form!

I made mini macarons the other day. Chocolate ones with chocolate ganache in the middle. Super yummy, even though they were the size of quarters! Takes forever to prep the eggs, but definitely well worth it!

I just made chocolate cupcakes! Mmm…

Hell yeah, psychedelic cupcakes! I enjoyed playing with the colors. Not to mention yummmmmy.

Hello Kitty cake pops. I tried. First time making them so I can’t say they’re good, haha. But they’re cute. I think.

They’re not as good as Bakerella’s, but ya’know.. She’s fuckin’ Bakerella bitches!

Helloooo, first post!

I’ve recently got into baking and I don’t know why I haven’t started earlier - it’s such a wonderful hobby! I love decorating what I bake after (more so than the actual baking part). But I’m still learning :)

Here’s a little something I made today: Red Velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. Omnomnom~
